Update: Chad was great on site. However, getting any follow-up response from him has been next to impossible. We paid for the pricey allergen and mold testing, and were promised results the following week. Despite calling and emailing him many times, it took him 6 weeks to send us the results. Then, they came with no explanation, but an offer to answer any questions we had. We immediately responded that we had questions, and after two more weeks of calls and emails, we've still had no response. We have a child with asthma an... read more
I realized my comment didn't get saved. Chad was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and very comforting when inspecting a house we were interested in. He answered all my questions and the details inspection report was incredibly thorough and put a lot of my worries at ease. I would 100% recommend and work with Chad again in the future.
