Chad is the best and my clients love him!
Chad is Incredibly knowledgeable and detailed. The inspection itself was wonderful. Unfortunately, questions after the inspection was finished have not been followed up on, no response to emails, calls were answered but no information forthcoming. My daughter is house hunting right now, and I, unfortunately, will NOT recommend this company.
