Everything was smooth and great with communication
In May, Terry and a younger assistant came to house I was looking to buy and did an inspection. The thing I was most concerned about was leaks. I asked him specifically if he saw any leaks. He said he did not. He listed some other problems which were were not terribly concerning and we bought the house. We had contractors come out and do some of the repairs listed in their inspection report. Some of the repairs were not in their inspection report and that's fine.
