Any home I purchase in the future I will definitely be using His business #1 Home Inspectors. I’m more than satisfied.
I would highly recommend. They were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time and explained everything and answered all of our questions.
They went over everything and gave me a booklet of what may need addressing in the future. Only one unresolved inspection. They didn’t have the tool to unscrew a “ weird” panel to check if all was correct or not panels fault; not theirs, but I wish they offered to come back and inspect it when they found a different tool.
