Called Joe around 11AM on a Friday and he was out inspecting the property by 3:30PM, same day. He sent a full written report the immediate next day, Saturday. He was exceptionally pleasant to work with, especially considering the last minute request I asked of him. He took the time to adjust several other appointments that day to make it work. Thanks Joe!
