Don’t recommend. Family members pointed out several items during the inspection such as live wires and issues with siding and that he overlooked. Also missed several issues that we then had to deal with as home owners on day 1- such as a broken hot water heater and a pipe held up by putty. Got the information from our realtor but would not recommend. Sent an email about our concerns to the staff but never heard back/ was acknowledged.

Yet again another excellent job from Joe and his team! Brian actually did the inspection this time around and he was great. Very knowledgeable and able to answer any question the buyer or myself had. Received a full report less then 24 hours later and we were on to the next task. I look forward to future business with the Brandi Team!
Joe was extremely accommodating of my schedule and was available to complete the inspection within 24 hours. During the inspection he took the time to explain areas of concern and answer any questions that I had. I had a full written report within 2 hours of the completed inspection. I highly recommend working with Joe for both his professionalism and his attention to detail.
