This establishment is highly unprofessional. The service is incredibly unprofessional, featuring endless wait times and frequent holds. To make matters worse, the staff is very rude over the phone.

40 MINS ON HOLD CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY WOULDN'T LET ME SAY ONE WORD AND WOULD PUT ME ON HOLD . HOW DO PATIENTS MAKE APPOINTMENTS AT THIS PLACE? TERRIBLE! AND I AM CALLING THEM FROM AN ATTORNEYS OFFICE. SMH
