I love the office atmosphere, all of the adjustments options according to your needs and the different acupuncture‘s. Dr.Pilcher never makes you feel like he’s in a hurry and he’s very personable. I have been going for awhile now and wouldn’t spend my time or money anywhere else!
If you like hands on adjustments that are done with finesse this is your place. I highly recommend driving to Gilmer for your chiropractic needs!

It was first time visiting a chiropractor today and I’m 34 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. I want to make sure I prepare my body as much as possible for when I deliver. I’m going for a vba3c and I’ve been told by many mothers that seeing a chiropractor is the best thing I could do. After my first visit today I felt amazing! I can’t wait to go back again each week until I have my baby boy. I highly recommend Barry!
