Once they sell you a car, they dont give a $hit about you
Horrible customer service. I've been calling daily for 2 weeks and there's no option to leave a voicemail. The recording tells you to enter an extension or press 00 then just repeats itself until it hangs up. Messaging them on fb is pointless. I've been reaching out for a week and I've been told soneone will be in contact. No one has contacted me. When I ask I'm told try calling again for faster service.. again like usual no one answers. BUYING THE CAR: Avoid this place at all costs! My husband and I were car shopping about a year ago and found that Pikes Peak had seemingly unbeatable prices.
