Harlan made our car buying experience very positive. He is honest, has integrity and they were willing to negotiate. I recommend Harlan - he's outstanding!
We went in after hours looking around. Even though they were closed. Harlan came over and asked if he could help nicely with no pressure.We did not think we could afford the car but after a test drive and working with Harlan and Leaf we got everything to work . The salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. The manager was interested and helpful. The vehicles we test drove were very impressive. I had never thought much of Acura until we test drove some of their vehicles. To be honest I can see myself in another Acura in the future as well as the one we just bought.

Bought a new 2012 Acura MDX w/Technology Package! My experience was exactly as expected. Harlan and Bruce were great to deal with. Be sure and do your homework - know the True Market Value of the vehicle you are looking to buy. If you do this, the process of buying a vehicle is much easier, and negotiation is kept to a minimum. Remember, everything is negotiable! These guys made it easy, and spent the needed time going over the vehicle amenities in the end.
When I first brought my Honda Odyssey over with a burned out brake light bulb, Ray replaced it for free. I met the Service Manager when I was there (Greg Hofman), and I was truly impressed with how they treated me - as a non-paying customer. I am now a regular service customer.
