Paid Pikes to do landscape design and install at my house. Happy with the install but their follow up is terrible. When plants die, they say they’ll find replacements and get back to you, but they never call back or answer email. Extremely disappointing.
Extremely grateful for my experience today. I was looking for a specific part that could've been difficult to find if Mr. Brad and his team were not the excellent customer service representatives that they are. They took the time out to visually assist me me today and I had to express my thanks.
