This place used to be great 5 years ago. The front staff is rude, they don't return phone calls, and show no empathy. The wait to see a doctors is 3 months or more. They don't care if you've been in and out of the ER.
It’s worst communication overall. They don’t care about patients care and follow up. I kept calling about infusion medication clarifications and infusion appointments, no return calls either from doctor or from his staff. They keep delaying, but am suffering with GI flare up symptoms 😞. Went to PIh doctors clinic and left a messages, still no calls.
Worst communication skills ever. Had an endoscopy at the ER and 3 weeks later NOTHING!!!! Kept calling to see if I could have my pathology reports and it's like talking to a wall. I believe the lady's name was Toni. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
