Going to a dealership for service has always been a poor experience but I heard that this was the dealership to try. I cannot rave enough about the service I received from trevor and this service department. He went above and beyond to communicate at all times and saved me money at the same time. I could not be happier and will recommend this dealership to all! Thank you trevor and all at Pignataro Volkswagen. I will now be a return customer.

Horrible customer service. Did repairs without an estimate and grossly overcharged. Talked to manager and he said that he was okay with "abusing my trust".
Sitting in the lobby overhearing he service advisor talking bad about his customers for the day. Not very classy. Also I've been waiting three hours past the time they said my car would be done at.
Hard working crew Anthony Guth is an excellent sales associate with great communication. Definately went out of his way to provide a++ service. The mechanic service is very good. Had a problem and they took care of it very quickly I was back on the road in no time.
Great experience from start to finish! Honest and professional.
