My husband has been ordering bees & supplies from Pigeon Mountain. Every order has been a problem. He ordered some bees and a nuk and an additional queen BEFORE the first of the year just so he could have them early. He received the bees in May but was told the nuk would be back ordered. HE JUST RECEIVED THE NUK LAST WEEK which he feels is practically too late to get them started and did not get the additional queen. On Sat, he FINALLY received the queen . . . DEAD! They do not give refunds and do not answer emails. Ruined my first experience with buying bees. BBB has been notified.

Been almost a year waiting for our refund of several hundreds of dollars. They say they are waiting for UPS to refund. The fact is UPS has already refunded but we have not seen our money. Check on Better Business Bureau and other reviews online. They are thieves and liars
