I ordered a Nuc the end of Sept and my small hive shipped US mail on May 2nd and arrived Friday, May 5th 2017. I live in North Central Texas and my bees arrived alive with about 2 cups of dead bees in the bottom. We did not think that was a great amount to loose. These people have been great to deal with and over the course of 8 months and many phone calls, they were always kind and helpful. Received my bees Friday, most were dead. My son ordered them for me as a gift, he called the company, they said I should have denied shipment. I have never dealt with this company before, so I had no clue what to do. Sounds like I'm SOL

Their staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I called them at least 7-8 times and every time Taylor or one of the other ladies were like, call us as much as you need to. It was a pleasurable experience.

I've just ordered a catalog. If nobody wants my honey bees I'll make them a healthy home on the roof. The restraints in big cities have gone to supplying their own.
