This place is absolutely amazing! great staff great idea I love the whole set up!
I received my bees from them, they were very nice on the phone and they answered my emails very Fast and my bees are doing great, the post office did a bad job they worried me so much I called pmbf because my bees were late getting to me, because of where I live, the nice folks there told me not to worry about my bees they had food and they would be fine and they were. I would buy more bees and supplies from them they are first class.

Great place and great people to deal with. You just have to use common sense and call during regular business hours. Customer service department is very quick to respond!
My order went great ! Got here in two days . Very few dead bees . Queen was active with her attendants . 4/5/15 !! Update there building comb real well and queen is laying I saw larvae and eggs one week after install. Thanks again !
Excellent product, service and communication throughout the process. Bees were free of mites all summer and fall. Arrived on June 16 and filled 2 - 10 frame deeps by November 1st.
Apparently if you order(and PAY for) a three frame extractor you might get a two frame extractor and you better just like it cause pigeon mountain trading company doesn't think that's a problem. I hesitate to order anything off the net now thanks to pigeon mountain. I hear Mann Lake is a solid company but I've yet to order anything from them. There's so few local bee supply houses I will probably give them a shot.
We got fantastic service from the sweet and knowledgable girl running the retail store. I didn't get her name, we had a wonderful first time experience buying there, and we will certainly return for our Beekeeping needs!
