RecommendedThey have done a lot to revamp the store. They have a lot of products to choose from and everyone there is always very friendly.
My wife and I went up to the bee festival on 6/2 and bought some of there honey, or should I say water, when we opened the 1/2 gallon jug we bought it poured out like water. my wife immediately wrote them on email and described it to them, they still have not responded to this day. I would give this company a 0 stars if it would let me. Ordered bees from this company and the bees did not show up on time. It was supposed to be two day shipping service but arrived 4 days late. Most of the bees starved to death. I tried to contact the company but they refuse to answer me. They do not stand by their product. If you want bees please go to a company that will at least answer their e-mails and stand behind their bees. I don't want anyone have to go through the headache I am going through. This is a great bee resource for Lafayette and the surrounding regions.
This place has no care in the product they sell (bees). I ordered a package that was delivered with no holes in the feeder can. The whole time the bees were packaged they had no food and a large amount were dead on delivery. The company blew me off, this kind of negligence is not tolerable and I truly hope they close their doors, the bee community doesn’t need this kind of trash.
I needed a few last minute supplies as I start out as a beginner beekeeper and Pigeon Mountain went above and beyond to take care of me. I even miss ordered a full bee suit and they made sure to get the size I needed shipped out to me before my bees arrive. Pigeon Mountain, you guys ROCK!! Thanks for all of your help!
