Established in 1960 on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas by Pietro Eustachio, his parents Salvatore and Rosalia, wife Grace, and brothers Joe and Vince. We have always been a family-owned and operated restaurant. In 1972, we moved south to our current location on Richmond Avenue.

Great Italian Food – This is one of my favorite Italian dining experiences. The ambience is great, and the food is from the old family style kitchen. The price is great. The service is very good. This is one experience you will enjoy if you are an Italian food lover.

One of the Finest in Dallas – My wife and I have been going to Pietro's for over 15 years. Pietro makes the best Caesar salad I have ever tasted. The menu is extensive and the service excellent. I highly recommend this family owned establishment.
LOVE THIS PLACE! – This is one of my favorite DALLAS restaurants. My husband's family had been going here for over 20 years when I met him. We now have our own children and drive 45 minutes to eat here. The spaghetti sauce is "unique". It taste sooo good on the pizzas and spaghetti. But my favorite is the meatballs. You must have one when you go! Go tonight! It will be well worth it.
