I ordered a large combination and breadsticks and the pizza was horrible for a combination. It might as well have been a neat pizza with olives and bell pepper slices. They can’t even cut up the peppers and there were no tomatoes or onions or anything I would expect on a pizza. The breadsticks weren’t seasoned well enough. When I called and asked them if they would replace it and make it right he can’t do that he said because it was made correctly. So bad customer service and horrible pizza. Never again.
Just ordered almost 30$ in pizza for two small one topping and two topping pizzas that don’t even have the toppings we ordered 😅 Guy , and I’m pretty sure it was the owner because that’s what I was told was a complete dickhead over the phone and all he had to say was that I read my order or ordered my order incorrectly , and that when he read it back to me I should have corrected him because that makes sense right ? 50 Dollars for a giant 4 topping door dashed. missing cheese on half the pizza. I ordered cheese, onion pineapple and tomatoes. im a vegetarian. sausage on my pizza. not the whole pizza, just a piece, but eww. disappointed. I have pics,
Have ate at PieTrio’s many times, but had the worst experience tonight. After waiting an hour for our pizza it was burnt and had at 3 pieces with nothing on it but sauce. Service was terrible, basically set down our pizza without a word. there was three of eating, but they only brought us two thin paper plates no napkins and none of our sides. Will be a long time before we’re back.
One of their general manager harbor Don Reid harbors negative feelings towards black people.
