They have a lunch buffet but it desperately needs a facelift. People stand around a small glass encased carousel waiting for pizza to be added to it. The employees bring a pizza out every once in a great while and it disappears immediately due to the swarm of hungry impatient patrons waiting around it. It's not very friendly to time restrained people on their lunch break. Tonight we had dinner at Pie@trios with a friend. When our pizza came we were told it had burned around the edges. The had cut off the burned art an informed us that another one was already in the oven. The integrity and fantastic customer service of the staff was impressive. The pizza is the best and so is the staff. If you want great pizza in Longview, go to Pie@trios.
The crust is perfect and the price is one of the best deals in town!
