I couldn’t be happier with my Pietra Bianca bath! The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding . I highly recommend Pietra Bianca for anyone looking for premium products.
I found this company to be dishonest and deceptive. I feel disillusioned as the product I observed, as a builder, was inferior and well below par to the product that I had expected. The product was not finished to code as promised. Very disappointed on behalf of my client.
Buyer beware when dealing with this company!!! Should you happen to receive a faulty product, as we did, Pietra Bianca will entirely disown responsibility. We were discredited, insulted, belittled, goaded, misled and misinformed by this company when seeking a warranty claim. Our bath has pigtail scratches caused during manufacture as proven by a forensic examination and report(photograph below).
