Avoid here. The place rob you all the deposit money when you leave 1433$ in total............. I lived there for 7 months and when I left they charged me 1433$ : 1. 537.5 $ was charged for the painting of the whole apt! Even though there's no any damage on the walls when we do the moving out inspection!! 2. carpet replacement fee for 309.33$ because they said the carpet was bleached and can't be cleaned. 3.
