Reading these reviews, I am stunned. I can tell you my honest review. This is the very best surgeon, I could have ever hoped for. I would go to Dr. Michaud again in a heartbeat. He is a surgical “artist.” I had breast augmentation 8 years ago, he listened very carefully as to what I hoped the outcome would be. I had a breast reduction almost a year ago and I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I interviewed several doctors and one of the reasons I chose Dr. Michaud was because I felt comfortable with him. That all changed after the surgery. Any time I asked any questions he got offended and dismissive to any of my concerns. Although I definitely was smaller than prior, I still remained large breasted and I am extremely disappointed. I scheduled a consult at Dr. Michaud's office for coolsculpting. I received an appointment reminder and showed up to my appointment on time. When I arrived the office was locked and the lights were off. I then called and learned they were closed for veterans day. It was very unprofessional for this office to schedule my appointment when the office was closed. I missed over an hour of work going to and from the office for no reason. Dr Michaud backs up his office workers that are unprofessional, rude and sarcastic to his patients. A repair reconstruction surgery was scheduled after wrinkling appear on both breasts after a mastectomy due to breast cancer. The oncologist agreed it was not part of normal healing, of which Dr Michaud did the original reconstruction after cancer. They needed a negative Covid test result before the surgery. My sister had a mastectomy due to breast cancer, age 50. Dr Michaud preformed the reconstruction surgery following chemotherapy and radiation. He was referred by woman and infants breast health center. He has really let them down too. Her oncologist agreed that the wrinkling development was not normal healing. Dr Michaud agreed to correct it with another surgery. She was required to have a negative Covid test prior. Good first impression but after my surgery was postponed due to covid restrictions, I saw their true colors. No compassion. I asked too many questions for their liking and they cancelled my surgery altogether. I requested Dr Michaud call me directly instead of dealing with his extremely cold nurse, Grace, and never received a call back. Very disappointing for a practice I had full trust in.
I recently had a tummy tuck with Dr. Michaud which included muscle repair and Lipo. He is amazing at what he does. He is professional and makes you feel so comfortable He put my nerves at ease and gave me wonderful results. I would recommend 100%.
Last year, almost to the day, I posted a 5 star review! Today I am giving him and his staff a negative review. I have been with this doctor for over ten years and since I had a bad experience with a topical treatment that burnt my face now he does not want to see me! I ended up in the emergency room and lost a week out of work. I have called the office several times and have been treated poorly. My daughter recently had a complicated breast reduction due to severe asymmetry. It has only been a little over 6 weeks and the healing is amazing. The results beyond our expectations! She is thrilled to finally get bras and bikinis that fit both sides and feel confident and pretty! Thank you Dr Michaud!
