This little bistro doesn't have a great deal in common with most of its rowdier Fells Point neighbors. Rather than cater to the hard-partying college crowd or the boho revelers, owner Nancy Longo caters to the food lovers who flock to her cheerful yellow dining room to sample creative versions of traditional Maryland dishes. Her work with seafood (oysters, rock-fish, crab meat) is sublime, and it is epitomized by her smoked crab cakes.
