Took my 6 year old daughter to Caitlin to have her ears pierced. I LOVE that she took the time to explain to her what the piercing process was. She took her time and did not rush. I appreciate that she listened to my daughter and answered her questions. If/when my family has piercing needs we will be returning.

Caitlin was amazing! She talked me through everything and was excellent at keeping me calm throughout the piercing process. This was the best experience I’ve ever had & I will definitely be going back!!
