Caitlin is extremely professional and patient on top of being knowledgeable and skilled. I don't know of too many others that take the time to answer questions online to make sure anyone that comes to see her is fully aware of everything as well as going above and beyond to make sure she has the best possible quality products in all aspects of what she does.

Been into the shop numerous times. Very rude and seems bothered by my questions and also my son. Stopped in more than once over the yrs because of the good reviews trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but same attitude each time. Found a competitor close by that are Always helpful and willing to help.
