Contacted them on a Thursday. Mitch came out on a Friday morning. He was very professional & knowledgeable. Once he arrived he got right to work. I would definitely hire Pierce Bryant Overhead Doors for my next repair.
I called on a Saturday afternoon just to get info on what my problem could possibly be and Mitch said he would be glad to come to my home and just trouble shoot the problem. He arrived quickly, determined what the problem and was able to repair that same afternoon. Mitch was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I will call Mitch in the future if I have any more garage door needs.
I needed immediate repair after traditional work hours. Mitch was the only one who answered. He came by as promised and did a quick estimate and returned the very next day as promised. I know I called at least five other companies, all of whom returned my call the next day or days later. I will definitely call on Pierce Bryant again if I need garage door repair.
