Was prompt in responding to problem. I showed Mr. Ham another overhead door and he recognized the age of the springs and recommended a safety improvement and has since installed same. Costs was mimimal and could help avoid a serious injury to myself or family member. Thank you.

When calling around trying to get estimates Pierce Overhead didn't even hesitate they showed the same day for an estimate which I found very reasonable for the work they done. I had another company promise to come and estimate the job but never showed but they did call while Pierce was doing the job wanting to come. I said never mind your two days late. Pierce showed on the scheduled day and done the work professional and with friendliness. I would and probably will use this company again.
