We had a great time, food was excellent. Kellee was awesome! Very attractive and super nice.
You could tell the kinks are still being worked out with the host/hostess. Once sat, the waitress was couresty and attentive. The food was quickly prepared and served. We had the Low Country Boil, Cajun/Medium. It was plenty for my wife and I.
Love the food. Its out of this world. The front end service needs help however the waitstaff is awesome!!!! Also gotta watch your bill. They will charge you liquor tax as well as charge you for pounds when it should be halfs.
It was a joke . Plastic forks and plastic bag food total joke!!!
The service was excellent. Our waiter was named Porter. He was awesome. Crab boil was delicious!!!! Restaurant clean and atmosphere layback. We will come back very soon.
Food was fye the server Diamond was amazing and the manager Helen came to check on me and was so sweet and had great conversation I am definitely coming back they were awesome !! Everyone come out !!! Pier 88 is where it’s at !!!
Our waiter Porter was super awesome. He apologized for something that was not his doing, he checked on us continually and made sure our cups were full and that we had everything we needed during our visit and explained about the togo process. #returning #superiorcustomerservice #askforporter
The service that we received was good, the food was aight but didn't remind me of what we would get at a lo country boil or Joe's crab shack. We asked for the manager and she duck and dodged us and before you know it she rolled out the door (unprofessional). For that reason there I'll make the drive to 2501 Cobb Pl Ln NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144 to feel better about my experience. Keep it up and you'll be closed in 6 months!!!
