I had a party booked at Pier 54 and the manager called me this afternoon and she said sorry, one of our regulars called and asked for the spot you reserved and we are giving it to them.
The view and being outdoors is what this place is about. However, the service was not good (very slow). The sandwiches we ordered were good but for the price it only makes the food ok. The fries were wilted and Luke warm which was a disappointment, how can you ruin fries? I have been to this place about 5 times and service is always slow but I put up with it for the view and to be outside. However I don't think I will go back for the food. It's too bad. Don’t get the grilled salmon, disgusting. I thin cheap tail of fish.
It was my first time there, loved it. Great shrimp tacos, music & beverages. �� will be back again next trip out there. �
Drinks are ok, view is good, but unfortunately I've eaten here numerous times hoping the food will improve sadly it hasn't. Met work friends there for hh and they were all complaining about the food. Will go for drinks but will not order food again.
Went there for a couple drinks with some friends. The view of the lake is great and the place has a very relaxed vibe. Our bar tender Miles was great! Super friendly and super helpful with our orders. I'll definitely be coming back.
RecommendedWe had our rehearsal dinner at Pier 54, and we are so glad we did!! We had the lower dock area to ourselves and it was wonderful! The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect and the staff took the meaning of customer service to a new level! Thank you all for a wonderful evening!!! Mr. & Mrs. Huggins
