I love pier 54, great view of the lake, friendly staff, and very good food. I recommend pier 54 to my family and friends. The kitchen is small so when it is very busy it might take a little time to get the food, but keep in mind the food is not pre packaged but prepared fresh, and is delicious. The menu is seasonal, and changes occasionally. I look forward to their seasonal offerings including European style dishes. Highly recommended �
Came for brunch and the service was horrible, the food was even worse. Very disappointed in wasting my time and money.
It took 1 hour or more to get our appetizer while the table next to us and behind us had 4 courses. The waiter never came to tell us that our food was backed up. We were there for 1.5 hours and left there dissatisfied and starving. Not 5o mention way over priced.
GO NEXT DOOR TO THE WATERSHED, OR EVEN MCDONALDS, IT WILL BE BETTER FOR YOU IN THE END!!! HOW DO YOU HAVE THIS MANY BAD REVIEWS, OF THE EXACT SAME COMPLAINTS, AND DO NOTHING TO FIX IT???
I had a party booked at Pier 54 and the manager called me this afternoon and she said sorry, one of our regulars called and asked for the spot you reserved and we are giving it to them.
