Wendy, the Office Manager, and Vanessa, the Leasing Agent, are both very friendly and try to help you with any problems you might have. Our Maintenance Department is excellent. They do you're work order in a timely manner. You will really enjoy living at PIER 39 Apartments and Townhomes.

RecommendedWow! It is a home and not just a mere home. I have not, for once, regretted making that choice of PIER 39 as my kind of rented apartment. It is relatively peaceful, clean serenity, safe and absolutely accommodating for kids and pets. What else could I say? Folks, make PIER 39 your choice of apartment. You will be happy for doing so. A great deal of opportunities and privileges await you.
The apartment is very nice and it is animal friendly if you have a pet.
