Delicious people, friendly coffee- Pieper Cafe is fantastic!
Pieper cafe is hands down the BEST CAFE IN PORTLAND!!! I love it so much I go there almost everyday since I've lived in the neighborhood. In fact last summer I lived in Milwalkie and I hated it so much I moved back to just so I could go to pieper! The owner Kelsey and her lovely crew of hard working and friendly baristas make you feel welcome. They always ask, "What do you have going on today?" Oh and the food and coffee are amazing too:)
