The attached parking garage was built with this building to serve this building and nothing else. There is no other parking around and no other reason to park here. Yet, you are required to pay to park in this otherwise uncongested area. Inexplicably, Piedmont does not validate parking. This is getting out of hand. I won't be coming back.
Everyone is so polite, courteous, concerned and very helpful being sure I get to the place I need to be and patient. They smiled at me! The workers never act cross with me and the service they give. Thank you for hiring such loving, kind people!. The workers lighten my burdens by being who they are.
Dr Jay and PA Kaitlin are literally the DUO of the year. I was so nervous walking in yet felt so assured walking out thank you for the professionalism, support and what seems like an innate ability to create safe spaces and provide care.
