My husband made an appt Wed, dropped it Friday evening with promise to do his tires and alignment first thing Saturday am and that didn’t happen. No communication no calls without my initiation. Super disappointed after all the great reviews. Just finished at 3:20 that’s just crazy.
Shout out to these guys. real talk. 1.) Best price around 2.) Amazingly honest. I came in already ready to pay for all 4 brakes/rotors because thats what i was told i needed from 2 other shops. these guys called me and said i only needed a rear brake/rotor job. saving me even more money. Piedmont Is the only place I take my car. They are honest and trustworthy and can handle all size of issues.
I believe that when a company does a good job and goes over and beyond they deserve to be given a shout-out. We had our Escalade worked on more than once for separate issues. Both times the mechanics diagnosed and explained everything to us lay people. They fixed our problems and charged us reasonably and worked with our Warranty company as well. First time customer today - I didn’t have much time and offered to come back next week for an emissions testing but Kevin was super accommodating and very nice and had me out in less time than estimated...Will definatly be back for my future needs!! Thank you!
My service advisor Kevin was very attentive and pleasant to deal with, my car was serviced quickly and the estimate for new tires & alignment was less than I'd expected. Perfect service, highly recommended.
