The customer service and expertise is well above competitors at Piedmont Tire and Auto of Gainesville. Kevin and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were faced with a brake issue and needed our truck as ASAP. The team worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner.
Terrible phone customer service. Called today, in a very stressful situation, and was treated incredibly rudely. Good work, but manners matter. Will be taking my business somewhere with quality work AND kind customer service skills.
Van is running great after having the oil pump replaced, tire alignment is perfect, vehicle no longer pulls to the left and steering is straight and responsive. Staff was great to deal with, look forward to bringing our cars here again.
