The nurse I spoke with, was really sympathetic and so great empathy. She helped me get my prescription filled from my provider. I could not get in touch with them they will not call back nothing? Well I tried to do in a week, the nurse accomplished filling the prescription the same day, after talking to my provider.
Great job—and I love that it’s right here in our community ❤️ Let’s continue to provide equity, access, and investing in where people live—not where resources have traditionally been concentrated. We are asking to keep expanding access to care on the south side. It’s time to build a hospital in our community so families don’t have to travel long distances just to receive quality care. Reducing travel time means faster treatment, better outcomes, and stronger, healthier neighborhoods.
I arrived about 240pm and I was seen by about 250pm. The nurse practitioner was very courteous and professional. I believe her name was Val. She was very knowledgeable and very polite.
We have been treated like family every time we've gone in for treatment. This visit had 2 of us coming in for persistent coughs and the NP on duty (Ellis) was fantastic. She made my daughter and I comfortable as she ran her tests and had us out of there, diagnosed and prescriptions ordered. Red Carpet Service
