Scheduled an appointment 2 months ago for today. They tell me 1-1/2 hours after my appointment that they’re running behind, and there is someone in front of me. I was recently a victim of domestic violence, I called and informed them last week. My abuser and I share a Dr, I know for a fact, she was seen on time last week. I called the admin office, and they told me to switch Dr’s. My abuser gets her Dr and on time appointments, and I get to kick rocks.
Update: I just had the worst medical situation in my life that ended with me having a panic attack, crying before I even got to my car and stressing out more than any other life situation I can enter. The person I was working with had a sharp attitude over the psychologial problems that are the reason why I need meds in the first place, and made me feel hopeless in the meeting. Can't say everyone I've worked with was bad but Im fed up. I have been going to psychiatrists for most of my teens and this place has to be the worst. The front desk ladies and a few workers I had help me through TMS are absolutely phenomenal, and I wouldn't be going to Piedmont if it wasn't for them, but the psychiatrist (initials SS) I saw lack the means to help someone going through their worst, there is no compassion, throwing blame, and saying all my struggles are due to entitlement.If you can't change your behavior for... read more
Everyone there from main hospital to the urgent Care we're all extremely nice helpful .I appreciate them for seeing me.
This place is terrible, nice women but she did everything she could so I wouldn't do the intake and saying nothen would work for me that they have ,because I get a lot of bad reactions from the medicine the doctor was given me .But she told my doctor I walked out and said i only want adhd meds. Terrible people smile to your face ,say something else behind your back .
