Okay I'm so fed up with this place. Its the second time they have "Cancelled my meeting due to not filling out the automated message." It's their codeword for "We can't fit you in so we cancelled it ourselves and are blaming you for it." They are doing this to people who need psychiatric help guys, thats a horrible thing to do. I can't keep driving all the way out here for them to cancel my meeting and not tell me. Never go here. Just go elsewhere.
Liiiisten, are all psychologists and psychiatrists going to be the best here or anywhere else? Of course not! But Miranda Breit is a psychologist who works miracles. She can take the worst of two people and put the puzzle together to where it's actually misunderstandings that caused the whole thing. Kara Rooney? An absolute MVP of child psychiatry! Drove an hour and a half to get a referral for my children for therapy. They tried to immediately medicate them both and lied to my face and said they were on a wait list for therapy. I called back months later and they admitted they don't even have children's therapists, they weren't on any wait list. They also scolded my family in the waiting room because my young children couldn't stay in their seats after being made to wait for an hour, who's fault is that? They are awful people here, stay away!
The way literally every aspect of their business works is irritating and inconvenient. I usually only leave positive reviews this might be my first negative review ever.
