Overt failure to repair issues at my daughter's rental! Maybe it's time to bring in the Health Dept. and or legal remedies!
Do not rent through these people. They took over the building I rent out of a while ago, and when I asked for another copy of my lease they sent the wrong one and didn't have a record of mine, they had to get it from the former property manager. They are also very hard to get a hold of. I put in a maintenance request for my furnace over a month ago, and didn't hear a single thing back. I tried to call multiple times, called every line they had provided and the company line and nothing. Left multiple voice mails, sent emails,... read more
Nonredponsive company.... I've been trying to contact them for over a month. (I currently rent through them) I've even gone up to the office multiple times and noone was there! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. Worst experience I've ever had! I'm only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option!
