I've had very good care from the orthopedic office and physical therapy. This review is not about that. This morning, I saw a woman with obvious mobility issues with a walker walking downhill in the parking lot. She is going to have trouble walking back UP the hill. She had to park so far away from the building because there are only a few handicap parking spots and they fill up quickly. I know that businesses have a minimum requirement for handicap spots. We have been patients of this practice (a different location) for a long time but we were very disappointed in our first attempted visit with Baykal. We showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment and checked in. It was a long drive for me to pick up my elderly uncle to make the appointment. This ultimately wasted 3 hours of my day. At the time of our appt, I was sure we about to be called, but the receptionist announced that the TWO previous appointments (scheduled 30 minutes before ours) will be called soon. I highly recommend this practice. They listen and provide quality care. I have seen both the Dr and Nurse Practitioner. The front desk employees are great as well. I've also recommended them to a dear friend and she is now experiencing the same exceptional care.
Updated Review: Disappointed with My Experience I initially had a great experience with Dr. Samara, but after my most recent visit, I can no longer recommend this practice. I came in with concerns about new symptoms that started after beginning a prescribed medication, but instead of addressing my concerns thoroughly, they were dismissed as just anxiety.
