Cabana West apartments named now white sands luxury apartments, during the year I lived there there were paddles of pee inside the building, trash on the stairs, there were rats and roaches in the hallway, all these issues were notify to the office several times and they never did anything about it. the dryer never worked properly, we notified several times and they never send someone to fix it and when they did, was not fixed, after reported it so many times we asked them to replace it, and the manager was very rude with us... read more

Pj manager she's Racist discriminating against other people she got caught in a lie they definitely should get rid of this person apartment complex there's always police here people getting stabbed gunshots stolen rims garage has been broken into just terrible place to live

The arbors at California Oaks bad business renters beware. Trying to recoup lost money during covid. Submitted rent February 2, hand delivered to office and given to employee . Check not cleared called office at least 6 times. Never any call back. Went to manager Krystal she said they did not get...why not notified. Oh by the way all last year you should have been paying more, now I need to pay that too, and by the way new rent is now $1600 a month plus utility billing $100. Unfair and probably illegal. Getting in contact with this company's corporate office is impossible. I have also come down to the leasing office via person to speak to a manager to no avail. I paid for an application fee online via electronic payment for The Charles at Bellingham community located in Bellingham, Ma. They have been jay jerking me around for over 5 months. From telling me that they will issue a "ticket" for my request for a refund that is lawfully owes back to me. To then saying that the refund was mailed to the prospective unit. Vue Apartments in Portland had something wrong with the water pipes back in mid-November thru mid-December 2021. The issue caused all the residents to be without hot water for 39 DAYS. It is now one day away from 3/1/2022 and none of us have been compensated whatsoever for the issue - they still charged us FULL WATER BILL!!! Under Oregon renters law, NO HOT WATER IS AN UNINHABITABLE CONDITION and therefore the residents are legally supposed to only pay rent for what an apartment is worth without any hot water. How on earth can JRK Property Holdings be given an "A" rating by the BBB? I guess money (a billion dollar investor) can buy you almost anything except integrity. These property owners are SLUMLORDS, and they know it and don't care!! Case in point: Chase Arbor Apts. in Va. Beach- their "luxury" slum property that is way overpriced, deteriorating, and hazardous!

I asked someone who was looking suspicious for employee ID. They refused and started to harass me and lied to me. I was right to be suspicious. I called 911 to follow up. Staff here are increasingly arrogant and unresponsive. They use their lease to justify anything they want to do. Do not rent from them no matter how desperate you are!

I was a tenant at The Harrison in Glendale, CA. I moved out over a month ago and still haven't received my refund deposit that was indicated in a letter they sent me. I have called, emailed, and no response. When I call the receptionist hangs up when you ask about someone to help with getting the refund deposit. This is a very unprofessional company!

I was a potential resident for one of their properties but after how things have been playing out for the past month I am thinking of rescinding the application. There have been numerous inconsistencies with what is being communicated in person vs their documentation.
