Casey treats me like a family member. She looks over my skin with such detail and I know she does not miss anything, she actually finds things I do not want her to. :) her new staff members are sweet and I do not know where she finds such caring people. The lady, Macie, who greeted me needs a raise. She was so nice and let me know that Casey was running behind due to an emergency. She Made eye contact, smiled, and offered to help me fill out paperwork. Need more of her

Had a skin cancer removal on my face. Went to Dr. Swank with a large hole and I was terrified. He came in and was straight to the point and gave me all my options. I appreciated his honesty and straight forward demeanor. His nurse Ashley was so comforting and comforted me while I was tearful. Thank you Dr. Swank for making me look normal, I was terrified I would be deformed. I have a scar but it's not bad at all and people do not notice it. I am very impressed with Dr Snyder's staff. I had schedule a procedure with one of the plastics that Dr Higgins recommended, and the area was painful, so I walk in to see if the procedure could be done today, unfortunately the provider that I was schedule for was not in, and Dr Snyder was very nice to consider my situation and work me in to do the procedure I needed. Very professional, personable, just a good PA.
Procedure went excellent. Dr. Rosenzweig was great and I asked for John M to assist and he helped a ton to relax me and make me feel at ease with the procedure. If I had to have this done again would want him in with me!!!
