I love visiting PPSD. Casey and her staff are very informative and professional. I feel like she gives good advice that is specific to my needs.
Excellent - knowledgeable - caring - professional - very thorough.
Do not change a thing. You are patient oriented. Love it. Suggestions: replace those BP cuffs.
The wait is usually long for Casey but she is worth it because when she is with me she gave me her all of our attention and I know she is this way with all of her patients. She provides excellent care without pushing expensive and unnecessary treatments.
Dr. Butala and the whole staff was superb. After going through a thorough research for a couple years, I had my first consultation for breast augmentation surgery with the doctor and did not need to check another doctor because he exceeded my expectations. The doctor is so humble and patient about addressing all of my questions and concerns. His work and expertise have made the recovery even much better than I had expected for my BA procedure.
