Everything Thing was Very Good Thank you
I saw Chrystal Hamilton RN because Dr Kanjira was not there that day. She was very nice and professional. She renewed my prescription and did some bloodwork All of this was done for my annual Medicare wellness exam. I don’t have to go back for 6 months.
Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I know they are respectful of my time since I’m always shown to a room within 5-10 minutes of my arrival and the technician goes over my meds, symptoms or concerns immediately. The doctor reviews their notes and asks questions to clarify, if needed. She talks TO me, not AT me about my health and we decide what to do that will work for my life style. This helps me to feel informed and motivated.
