the doctor is nice. the front desk staff are unorganized, apathetic, unfriendly and will drag out the check in process so they can then tell you that you have missed your appointment. I get the feeling that they do not want to see you. why did they take this job? do not recommend. stay away and find another doctor office.
I would like to Give praise to Dr. Meda she listened to me expressing my concern about my health. She very much looking into the problem an give her best advice before sending you on your way.. The only problem i am having difficulty with when I message The doctor for what ever reason or try to ask ?? The assistant always always always Respond it never the doctor
Horrible front desk staff. Told me I missed my appointment while I was standing there on time for my appointment because SHE didn’t give me my forms to complete.
Avoid this office if you value even the bare minimum of respect. What a refreshing experience — getting MOCKED by a nurse while discussing my own health concerns. One nurse with magenta red braids laughed (obviously not in a friendly way) at me, and literally smirked and covered her mouth with her hands, as if what I said was a joke. I still don’t know what part could possibly be so hilarious regarding my healthcare. Dr. Richards-Boyd is always very thorough and definitely makes sure that the patient feels that they are being heard and their concerns are being taken seriously. I really appreciate being a patient at this practice for the last few years.
