Terrible experience and even worse customer service. Doctor just put plain false information on my clinic notes and now I’m getting charged for stuff I shouldn’t be. The hospital is taking no responsibility or due diligence to help me out.. I’ve been stuck for past 3 weeks trying to reach out to them.. every time i get on a call w them I’ve to start completely fresh. I had been looking for a new PCP with Piedmont Physician Group after my doctor left the practice. One of my favorite doctors that I trusted, Janice McAlister highly recommended Dr. Bich Nguyen. Without hesitation I decided to give her a try since I trusted and loved McAlister’s opinion. I visited Dr. Nguyen in January 2026 as a new patient. Her bedside manner and knowledge seemed great.
