I was a patient of Dr. Lamberson for four months following a car accident. Throughout my treatment, he failed to listen to my concerns, which forced me to advocate for myself at every appointment. Additionally, his medical assistant, Tisha, was rude and unprofessional. She made me jump through unnecessary hoops to get my leave of absence (LOA) paperwork completed—which I ultimately did—only to for her to not follow through. Great staff and great Physicians...very well taken care off. Post surgery support was best I have had.
Wonderful and friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.
