Went in unable to walk or sleep due to herniated disc. I was worked into a very busy schedule by a caring staff. Diagnosis and Surgery happened almost within a week. Alyssa worked directly with insurance and facility scheduler to make it happen. Dr Francke was caring and thorough in diagnosis. Surgery day was efficient and almost pleasant due to the staff. My appointment was 11:15 AM I got called back at 12:13 PM and after I saw the doctor he told us to wait in the exam room. After about 20 minutes, 1:10 PM I went out in the hallway to let someone know that my wife had an appointment in a different county at 1:30 and they tell me "OH, you're done, they just forgot about you"!!! 🤦♂️
Everyone is so nice and pleasant. My wait time to see the doctor was very short and I love my doctors .
A little slow today but everyone was very professional and apologetic. Dr Francke and his staff were very helpful with another problem, unrelated to this visit.
I really like Dr. Francke service he’s very explanatory he’ll walk you through your appt and he’s a good listener.. I would very highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Francke if they have a neck or spinal issue..Thank you Dr. Francke and Alex for everything you have done for me.
