Dr Iams is a terrific, caring doctor. Engaged in helping his patients, thorough, and knowledgeable. He did a full hip replacement on my husband last year and is currently helping me with my own issue. I am so glad we found him. I have not experienced particularly long wait times at this office. I would recommend Dr Iams to anyone needing an orthopedist.
After reading the above reviews I had to comment. I have never had a long wait and have been coming here for years. The office staff is wonderful as well. Dr Iams is never pushy and very through.
He's a great doctor very thorough with wonderful bedside manner but every time I have an appointment, there is a guaranteed wait of at least an hour. I had to cancel plans with a family member that's in town due to my appointment being pushed back. He is a wonderful doctor. I can't stress that enough but if you're looking for an efficient doctor’s office that will see you an hour within your appointment time, you need to find another doctor. I’ve brought my wife to this location twice and the wait time on both occasions was over two hours. Sad to say, but I would NOT go these doctors based on the wait. Piedmont needs to fix this problem.
