Excellent experience with Piedmont Orthopedics/OrthoAtlanta and Dr. Fowler. The online appointment process is convenient and simple. Email and text reminders great. Check in process online is efficient. Office is bright, spacious with plenty of room to sit and not feel crowded. Front desk staff very warm and welcoming and immediately greet anyone who walks in and out. Appreciated the wait time was minimal especially on a Monday afternoon. This was my initial visit to Atlanta Orthopedics. All personnel, from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Fowler, demonstrated utmost professionalism and cordiality.
The care I received was phenomenal! The dr and the staff top notch
My appointment was for 1:45pm. I was called to an exam room at 2:15 pm. Doctor entered the room 5-10 minutes later. Besides the wait, everyone was cordial.
Wonderful place to visit and was in and out. Very professional and very friendly. Will definitely be going back there.
