Took my four year old to be seen. Listened to the front desk and a few nurses talk crap about some lady named Frances. As the lady asked them for help and yelled ma’am several times they told her by her name to hold on as they continue to finish their conversation about her. She used her feet to wheel herself to the bathroom and finally someone got up to help her but at this point she’s peed herself. I’ve never known what a true House of Horrors was until I had to have a left lobectomy performed (1/2 my lung removed) at this hospital. I was stuck at this hospital on my own for 8 days without any family members to help. Let me just say that having no one with you during this severe of a procedure should never be allowed. NEVER! Yes....this was during the Covid-19 epidemic. But there were still ways that this hospital could have practiced safety measures and still allowed someone to stay with the more severe patients. RecommendedI have been going to Dr. Tanya Seawright for over 10 years and love her. She takes as much time with you as you need and answers all your questions. I just had my annual exam and everything was done in one visit including a bone density test which in the past had been done in a separate visit.
Recommendedi had my almost 3yr old son in the er may 2/3. high fever (105) and stomach pains. The front desk lady, and triage were extremely helpful! and then we met our nurse and he was an absolute GODSEND to me and my son that night. he was very kind and compassionate. i wish i could find out who he is so i can send him a small thank you gift.
