I went in got annual physical they coded this incorrect so I do not get my wellness incentive thru my job. I called several times and no one calls back, Dee at front desk told me Dr Keizer changed his coding but apparently he did no. I went there in person to complain and get something on their letterhead stating I had my annual physical but they would not do it. They do not practice good customer service. RecommendedI have had really good experiences with Piedmont. I love Dr. Gamble and Dr. Beck (who did my c-section). I barely see my scar. And, the front office is amazing too. I had some trouble with a bill and Kristen, Kierra, and Sydney jumped right on it and worked with my insurance company to help make things right. Kristen's customer service was impeccable. They've got a great team! I'd highly recommend them!
